Does It take Long to Build A Shopping List?
No, we assume that you know what grocery items you need. Simply click the add to cart button next to the grocery item you need and move on to another category and do the same thing until you are finished with your list, submit it by paying with your credit card.
How Far in Advance Do I Need to Submit My Shopping List?
Submit your shopping list one day before you need a delivery, no later than 6 p.m. Delivery times and days are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and popular times do fill quickly. Our business hours are 9 am. to 6 p.m.
How Do I Pay For My Order?
By credit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use your grocery shoppers service.
How Much Does It Cost To Have My Groceries Delivered?
Our delivery fee is calculated by your grocery total, as follows:
$150.01-$300.00 = $19.95
$300.01-$500.00 = $24.95
$500.01-$1000.00 = $29.95
Are My Groceries Shipped?
No, our grocery shoppers deliver them, they do not ship. There is a $0.50 refund fee for any orders submitted if we do not have a shopper in your area. Check our find a shopper page.
Do I Need to Be Home to Receive a Delivery?
Yes, someone must be home to receive your order. There is a $35.00 re-delivery fee if we need to return.
What If You Don't Offer My Favorite Grocery Product?
Use your grocery shoppers suggest a product form. They will their best to add your grocery product for you.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, fill out our Cancel My Order Form, no later than 6 hours prior to your selected delivery time. There is a $5.00 fee to cancel your order.
Do You Accept Coupons?
Unfortunately, we do not.
Will You Substitute Items That Might Not Be Available?
Yes, we substitute unavailable items for a similar product. YourGroceryShopper.com can not be held responsible for out of stock items at the grocery store. We do not stock any inventory.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated. It is both optional and completely at your discretion.
